A SERVICE OR A SEMINAR.
We went to minister for a program on a particular day. So while waiting for the choristers to be called up to minister, we all sat beside a particular hall where a church service was going on. After few minutes, we were called up. After the ministration, we went back to sit outside, patiently awaiting item 7. Don’t shake your head for us o. ha-ha, man must chop now, especially when its exam period that food disappears mysteriously from ones cupboard. We sha awaited the well pounded semovita with correct meat and well curved panla fish. Yea, the food was not real deal, but what happened while waiting. We decided to make use of the waiting period by gisting about some things, only to discover that gisting itself was a wahala. You would probably be wondering why. Don’t worry I will tell you the story. Na the church wey dey do service beside us o. chai. You go think say na disco party where 10 box speakers dey. Kilode!! We wey dey outside sef gan, our ear wan burst. How is it now going to be for those inside. And please, how do we hear ourselves with that kind of noise on top praise and worship. So what if, God wants to use the worship time to communicate with you, how do you hear? That was not even the end. After about 1hour 30mins for praise and worship. Then the time came for ministration. I was seriously thinking this was a motivational talk than a service. Well, I have not come to castigate anyone o, or any church. I have only come to advice campus students. Especially those that like bumping from one fellowship to another, I hope you will not see what your eyes are not supposed to see one day o. it don do for today.
